Bujinkan Budô
Taijutsu, also called
Bujinkan Ninpô Taijutsu (Bujinkan Ninja’s Martial Art), is
based on nine schools of Japanese martial arts or Ryuha, three of
them being from Ninjutsu, and whose roots are 3000 year-old. The
nine schools are, without any specific order: |

Bujinkan’s school Grandmaster is the 34th Soke, Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi,
who received from his Sensei, the 33rd Soke,
Toshitsugu Takamatsu Uo, through direct transmission the
teachings and authority in a lineage of several generations.
Bujinkan Ninpo Budô Taijutsu martial arts system, also known as Ninjutsu Budo Taijutsu, is based on a training program that embraces the
three important elements of a human being: Body, Mind and Spirit.
This training program is
divided into levels called Kyu (sub-grades) and Dan (Grades or black
belts) and it is based initially on what is called the Ten Chi Jin
Ryaku No Maki "The Book of the Sky, the Earth and the Man". Its
collection of techniques is the compilation of the nine schools,
which comprise the technical structure of training up to 4th Dan
(fourth grade black belt). |

The training begins with
physical protection techniques and then goes deeper into higher
levels of training that allow the practitioner to manipulate
potentially dangerous situations long before they turn into serious
situations. Dr. Hatsumi established the Bujinkan Dôjô ("Hall of
training of the Divine Warrior"), with the purpose of offering the
Japanese warrior's true original teaching to followers all around
the world.
The effectiveness of combat
techniques and the purpose of obtaining individual enlightment are
the main goals of training in the Dôjôs. As part of the training,
the student is guided through experiences designed to teach him/her
how to achieve the essence of Ninjutsu: The Art of Winning.

In Peru, Bujinkan was
introduced in the early 80’s by Shidoshi Juan Ramón Rodríguez
Flores, who founded Bujinkan Peru Dôjô (formerly called Society
Bujinkan) on August 31st, 1985. Nowadays, with more than
24 years of diffusion efforts, it is the first and most important
